Do you have a rusted or corroded metal or wrought iron fence or gate that needs to be painted or refinished? Do you have to wire brush, scrape, and remove all of the rust first? Is there a product that will quickly remove or neutralize it? Can you paint directly over it? Should you use rust remover or rust converter? Is paint primer necessary?
