Our
Story

Housz, Inc was established in 2021 to manage residential properties in the South Bay of Los Angeles. I purchased an existing property management company and have added new technology to streamline my client's experiences, along with tripling the number of managed units.

Housz is located in the heart of Torrance, California.

Chris Plante is a Realtor/Broker and a member of the South Bay Board of Realtors, the MLS and CRMLS, and Housz, Inc is a member of the California Association of Community Managers.

Here's what I do for my clients:

Locate and qualify tenants
Collect rent payments, adjust rents as the market and laws allow
Handle all requests for repairs.
My system keeps record of all communications with the tenant
Give the tenants multiple options to pay and a portal that shows their current balance
Send monthly cash flow and bank statements to property owner
Send yearly cash flow statements
